Abstract
The purpose of this research is to find empirical examine the influence of Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partial or simultaneous on LQ45 Company Stock Price listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2017 periods. The data collection in this study was carried out by the documentation method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 29 companies with a period of 2016-2017 totaling 58 observations. The analysis techniques have been carried outusing multiple linear regression, with the program SPSS 20. The results of partial testing the t test show that the Dividend Payout Ratio, Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio variables significant influence to the Stock Price. Meanwhile the results of simultaneous testing through the F test states that the Fcount of 37. 723 > Ftable of 2. 77 shows that the Dividend Payout Ratio, Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratio significant influence the Stock Price. Adjusted R square (R2) value of 65.9% influenceDividend Payout Ratio, Earning Per Share and Debt to Equity Ratioinfluencethe stock price, while the remaining 34. 1% is influence by other variables, in addition to the variables studied.
